The MacKay brothers began making preserves in 1938, and to this day, each small batch is made in open copper pans with berries from the fields of eastern Scotland.
Made with strawberries, raspberries, blackcurrant and redcurrants this delicious preserve has the aroma of Christmas when opened. A little mulled wine is added, for the true taste of Christmas.
Christmas Preserve Ingredients: Sugar, Strawberries (15%), Raspberries (8%), Blackcurrants (8%), Redcurrants (4%), Red Wine (3%), Lemon Juice (from concentrate), Mixed Spice, Gelling Agent: Fruit Pectin, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid.
